J. Annie Weippert

J. Annie Weippert earned a B.S degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Southern Utah. She also went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Social Work degree for the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Weippert has over 10+ years experience working with adolescents. Some of her titles include being a child and adolescent therapist, working in residential treatment (Dual Diagnosis Substance Abuse and Mental Health Adolescent), a medical social worker (Home Care/ Hospice, Director of Social Services in Convalescent Home); behaviorist (Adolescent and adult program for mentally and physically handicap clients), and an expert witness for PTSD. Presenter at the 2016 Critical Issues For Adolescence- Expert Alley. She is fully trained in Trauma and Substance Abuse, Children’s Trauma, Attachment Disorders, Death and Dying Counseling; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dual Diagnosis Substance Abuse and Mental Health, Addiction, and Foster Care/Adoption Reunification.
